The location offered a real escape. It felt very private and secure. the valet service was also quick.
The breakfast quality was disappointing. The variety and taste were below expectations. there was also a serious issue with water pressure in the room. i raised this with the staff, but they were unresponsive and unable to solve it.

The hotel was well-kept, and the breakfast area was excellent. I liked that it was beside a quiet beach. I also appreciated the option to walk down the beach to their beach club, which gets lively at certain times. Brandon at brunch. He was attentive and personable (his recommendations were spot-on).

The room featured an ultra comfortable king-size bed, and I found the soundproofing effective, minimizing noise from outside. There was a well-stocked minibar plus a Lavazza coffee machine, and the bathroom included premium toiletries and fluffy towels. The air conditioning worked efficiently.

The staff members were helpful and courteous throughout the stay. Check-in was swift. The concierge service was very useful in arranging transportation and providing local information. Requests were handled promptly.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of choices, including fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. Café Nikki provided a relaxing spot for lunch, and the beach club served tasty cocktails. (I loved the variety of dining options.) The quality of the food was great.
